The appeliant not being satis\ufb01ed with the\n\nquantum of compensation awarded by the \n\ncome up with this appeal under Section   \n\nVehicles Act, 1988, contending     .. \n\nunder various heads is very low.   :1: 'A\n\n3. Hence,\n\n  he filed a claim petition claiming compensation of Rs.5\n\n \n\n\n\n5. To prove his case, he examined hknsclf as.--\u00a3?.W.l\n\nand also examined the doctor, who \n\ncerti\ufb01cate as P.W.2 and got marked m%jatmmm\u00a2s  \n\nExs.P.l to R29. 7. According to the appellant, he is a <\/p>\n
copper utensils manufacturer earning 3 <\/p>\n
and he had spent around Rs.:i(‘3,’0O0_\/Q-_  V\u00bb<\/p>\n
towands medical expenses. _   .\n<\/p>\n
considering the nature of  <\/p>\n
suffered and the   by  he was
\nan inpatient for about J    follow up<\/p>\n

\nis just  not require any enhancement.<\/p>\n
However  “in not awarding any amount<\/p>\n
 V’  heagl amenities’, thus we award a sum of<\/p>\n
   the said had.\n<\/p>\n
   on the basis of the medical<\/p>\n
 to 16 produced before it, awarded a sum of<\/p>\n
 ~ towards medical expenws of the appellant.<\/p>\n

 ‘ ” expenses that the appellant would have incurred \ufb01n’ which<\/p>\n
no receipt couid be secured, as sud} We award Rs. 1,500\/–
\nunder the said head and Rs.1,000\/- towards coneegfegace<\/p>\n
and nourishment charges.\n<\/p>\n

  his whole body, the Tribunal erred in not awarding any<\/p>\n

Considering the injuries sustained and the ampinty<\/p>\n
suffered by the appellant, we are of the   <\/p>\n
