Kuriakose, J<\/p>\n<p>     We do not find any warrant for interference with<\/p>\n<p>the judgment which is impugned in this appeal which<\/p>\n<p>pertains to acquisition of land in Muttathare village for<\/p>\n<p>the purpose of development of International Airport<\/p>\n<p>pursuant to notification published in the year 1995.\n<\/p>\n<p>The Land Acquisition Officer awarded land value at the<\/p>\n<p>rate of Rs.49588\/- per Are. Under the impugned<\/p>\n<p>judgment, the same was enhanced to Rs.64465\/- per<\/p>\n<p>Are.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. Having gone through the impugned judgment,<\/p>\n<p>we feel that it is more or less, the correct market<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">L. A. A. No.914 of 2006         -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      value of the property at the relevant time which has<\/p>\n<p>      been arrived at by the learned Subordinate Judge. It is<\/p>\n<p>      brought to our notice that enhancement at the same<\/p>\n<p>      rate in other cases has been approved by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>      For both these reasons, this appeal will stand<\/p>\n<p>      dismissed.
