Fauzdar for the complainant. \n******\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tThis is bail application filed by the petitioner u\/S.439 Cr.P.C. for offence u\/Ss.136 &amp; 137 of the Electricity Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tMr.Mohd.Iqbal Khan Advocate has contended that the accused petitioner is in judicial lock up since 16\/4\/2010. Accused petitioner is not a habitual offender although, four cases have been registered against the petitioner on the same time. He has further contended that the challan has been filed. Investigation has been completed. Trial will take long time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn view of above, I accept the bail application.
