\ncounsel for the applicant (original petitioner) and perused the
\naverments made in the application.\n<\/p>\n
\tFor
\nreasons stated therein, the prayer for early hearing of the petition
\nmade in the application, deserves to be granted.\n<\/p>\n
\tAccordingly,
\nthe application is allowed. It is directed that Special Civil
\nApplication No.3880\/2009 be listed for final hearing in the month of
