What kind of suitable stern actions taken by the MCD till date in order to set the things right\n       altogether by virtue of my \"UMPTEEN COMPLAINTS\" with photographs since, 29-06-09 to get\n       appropriate order for all my grievances redressed against remorseless, boorish and lawless\n       neighbour for unscrupulously defying the earlier joint demolition action of the MCD & police dtd\n       22.04.09?\n   2. The complaint was directed by both the office of the DDA and Police to approach the office of the\n       MCD, Rohini Zone for getting all his grievances redressal and also, the Dy. Zonal Commissioner\n       of MCD, Rohini Zone was requested to look into the matter and take suitable stern actions\n       accordingly by both the offices of the DDA and Police (i.e., Vide Annexure - VI & I )\n       highlighting that \"it is upto MCD to take an suitable stern action and they are always ready to\n       assist MCD due to the fact that the area U&V, Shalimar bagh, Delhi - 88 is a de-noticed area and\n       the building activities have been transferred to MCD, etc.\" so. What kind of appropriate actions\n       took by MCD till date by virtue of the offices of the DDA and police initiative in said regard?\n   3. Mr. & Mrs. Kulwant singh always fathers their sectarian supporters & miscreant elements etc, and\n       BLUSTERS TONELESSLY \"We free holed our MIG Flat from the DDA and also, got permission\n       from the offices of the MCD and police to defy their earlier joint demolition action of dtd.\n       22.04.09, Therefore, the offices of the DDA, MCD and police have no right left to restrict us. So\n       We warn: you better inform the entire matter and bear all your mental agony and harassment\n       nonchalantly. ELSE, We will see you and teach you a lesson, etc. (Vide Annexure-II: Grounds of\n       Objection no. - 2,8,9,10 & 11) \" Which is not only atrocious but unpardonable also. What is your\n       opinion in this regard?\n   4. Finally when MCD is going to take suitable stern unscrupulous and lawless neighbour in order to\n       sat the things right altogether in the \" FRONT COURTYARD\" postion of his DDA (MIG) Flat\n       No. 128-A (Ground Floor), Pocket - U&V, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi - 110088? What is the reason\n       for undue delay?\n The PIO reply:\n   1. The action against unauthorized what reaction in flat No. 128A, U&V block Shalimar bagh has\n      been initiated by the Deptt.\n   2. Same as above\n   3. Not covered under The RTI out.\n   4. Not covered under The RTI out.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nNot Mentioned\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\nThe case was taken up today. The original application of the appellant reply given ----- PIO and contents\nof appeal memo have been gone through. I find that the reply ---- by the PIO in respect of para 1 & 2 are\nvague and non specific. Shri Yogender ----- EE(B) who was present during discussion had assured that\nelaborate & detailed --- submitted within 10 days.\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nThe applicant is not satisfied with the PIO reply and unsatisfactory order was passed by the First\nAppellate Authority.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n

       The PIO has given the reply after the order of the FAA which shows that no action has been taken
\nagainst unauthorized construction. The respondent states that now on 19\/10\/2011 after taking due
\npermission the said property has been booked for unauthorized construction. The copy of the said
\nunauthorized booking record is being given to the Appellant before the Commission.\n<\/p>\n

The Appeal is disposed.\n<\/p>\n
