Case No.72\/2010 instituted under Sections-379 &amp;<\/p>\n<p>                       411 of the Indian Penal Code for pick-pocketing on Railway Station<\/p>\n<p>                       having been caught red handed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that merely<\/p>\n<p>                       because there was a dispute between the informant and petitioner with<\/p>\n<p>                       regard to place to sleep because the informant was with his sister.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Be that as it may, let the petitioner above-named be<\/p>\n<p>                       released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten<\/p>\n<p>                       Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                       the Judicial Railway Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sasaram<\/p>\n<p>                       Rail P.S.
