Justice K.K.DENESAN\n\n Dated :24\/01\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                            K.K.DENESAN, J.\n\n                   -----------------------------\n\n                         WP(C)No. 1894 OF 2007\n\n                   -----------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 24th January, 2007.\n\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In   Ext.P5   judgment   wherein   the   petitioner   is   the<\/p>\n<p>appellant,   a   Division   Bench   of   this   Court   while   rejecting<\/p>\n<p>the   claim   of   the   petitioner   for   reinstating   him   in   service<\/p>\n<p>in   the   Nirmithi   Kendra   at   Wayanad,   of   which   the   first<\/p>\n<p>respondent  is   the   Secretary,   it   was   made   clear   that   if   the<\/p>\n<p>appellant   makes   a   representation   for   future   appointment   in<\/p>\n<p>the   Nirmithi   Kendra,   the   same   will   be   considered   in<\/p>\n<p>accordance   with   the   rules   applicable.     The   Division   Bench<\/p>\n<p>rendered   the   judgment   on   31.7.2000.     On   30.12.2006,   it<\/p>\n<p>appears   that,   he   filed   Ext.P7   representation   before   the<\/p>\n<p>Chairman   and   District   Collector,   Nirmithi   Kendra.     The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   wants   a   direction   to   the   Nirmithi   Kendra,<\/p>\n<p>Wayanad   to   consider   Ext.P7   representation.     As   already<\/p>\n<p>noticed,   the   Division   Bench   while   disposing   of   the   writ<\/p>\n<p>appeal   had   made   it   clear   that   the   representation   filed   by<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner   shall   be   considered   in   accordance   with   the<\/p>\n<p>rules.     Hence,   there   is   no   necessity   to   superimpose   one<\/p>\n<p>more direction in the same lines and in respect of the very<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC  1894\/2007               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>same subject matter.   The relief sought for, is unnecessary<\/p>\n<p>for reasons stated above.
