No. 48 of 2009 of<\/p>\n<p>Chittar Excise Range, Pathanamthitta for an offence punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sec. 55 (g) of the Abkari Act, for having been found in<\/p>\n<p>possession of     1400 litres of wash            on 11-8-2009,   seek<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The   learned      Public      Prosecutor     opposed  the<\/p>\n<p>application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
