Lastly, he seems to have been taken to the hospital<br \/>\non 21.5.2011 and was discharged on 23.5.2011. He has refused to take<br \/>\ntreatment suggested by the doctor, as can be seen from the<br \/>\nendorsement made under his own thumb impression.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\nconvict has track record of abscondence for 1096 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tThe<br \/>\nconvict would not enjoy unfettered right of treatment in a private<br \/>\nhospital of his choice, in light of the decision of this Court in<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/doc\/1035434\/\">Amrutbhai Bholidas Patel vs. State of Gujarat,<\/a> 2000(3) GLR<br \/>\n2460, which view came to be confirmed by the Supreme<br \/>\nCourt.
