Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :16\/07\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  ---------------------------------\n                  Crl.M.C.No.2702 of 2010\n                  ----------------------------------\n            Dated this the 16th day of July, 2010\n\n                              ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, who is the accused in Crime No.792 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>of Fort Kochi Police Station for an offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Section 420 of I.P.C., seeks to quash Annexure-I F.I.R. &amp;<\/p>\n<p>Annexure-II F.I.S. and all further proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>      2.  It is too early for this Court, in a petition under<\/p>\n<p>Section 482 Cr.P.C, to consider whether the case against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is prima facie false and that F.I.R. is liable to be<\/p>\n<p>quashed and investigation is liable to be stayed.
