Geeta Agarwal   ]\nSmt. Radha Kumari    ]\nSmt. Pinki Kumari      ] petitioners present in person.\n\t\tPetitioners appeared in person and jointly submit that in nine blocks appointments were made on the post of Pracheta vide order dt.3.7.09 (Annx.2). However, appointments were upto February, 2010 but they were allowed without any specific order. At the same time few of them who were appointed along with the petitioners have been allowed to continue by an express order dt.11.8.2010 (Annx.5) but so far as present petitioners are concerned, the respondents intend to replace them by another set of contractual employees which cannot be said to be justified and in conformity with Article 14 of the Constitution. They further submit that in identical CWP-2786\/2010 while issuing notices to respondents interim order has been passed by this Court on 25.2.2010. <\/pre>\n<p>\t\tIssue notice to the respondents along with a copy of this order as to why the petition may not be disposed off at the stage of admission, returnable by four weeks.
