The issue which remains<br \/>\nbefore the Court is about disbursement of the sale proceeds, amongst<br \/>\nthe secured creditors and the workmen. It appears from the report<br \/>\nthat the composite offer was accepted which included plant and<br \/>\nmachinery. Therefore, there appears to be some difference between the<br \/>\nsecured creditors who had first and second charge over the two<br \/>\nproperties of the company in liquidation which came to be sold during<br \/>\nauction process. The ratio for the purpose of disbursement is<br \/>\nrequired to be determined. So as to enable the secured creditors<br \/>\neither to settle the same inter se in consultation with the<br \/>\nOfficial Liquidator or to file their objections, time is granted<br \/>\nuntil 17th August 2011.
