SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C)No.20457 OF 2008\n              ----------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 8th day of July, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner challenges Exts.P2 and P3 notices issued by<\/p>\n<p>respondents 3 and 4 in proceedings for effecting mutation in<\/p>\n<p>respect of certain properties at the instance of his mother.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioner, the property belongs to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>by virtue of a will executed by his father, on which his mother is<\/p>\n<p>laying claim.  I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition at<\/p>\n<p>this stage since Exts.P2 and P3 are only notices. If pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P2 and P3 any orders are passed against the petitioner, it<\/p>\n<p>would be open to the petitioner to file appeals against such<\/p>\n<p>orders as provided under the Transfer of Registry Rules.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, without prejudice to such right, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           S.
