The same is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard learned Advocate<br \/>\nMr.M.B.Gandhi for learned Advocate Mr.P.K.Pancholi for the<br \/>\npetitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tLearned Advocate for<br \/>\nthe petitioner vehemently assailed the action of the GSFC by saying<br \/>\nthat GSFC is not supplying the necessary details to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIt is not in dispute<br \/>\nthat the possession of the property was taken as back as o<br \/>\n07.10.2006.
