P2 is an application made by the petitioners to the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent, requesting for the issue of a certificate indicating the<\/p>\n<p>relationship of the petitioners with the deceased, whose death<\/p>\n<p>certificate is Ext. P1.       Petitioners submit that, although an<\/p>\n<p>application was submitted as early as on 17.7.2004, there has not<\/p>\n<p>been any progress in the matter, despite reminders that were filed.<\/p>\n<p>      2.
