Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following<\/p>\n<p>reliefs:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            &#8220;Issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st<\/p>\n<p>       and 2nd respondents herein and their subordinates<\/p>\n<p>       not to harass the petitioner in any manner and not<\/p>\n<p>       to compel the petitioner to execute the Sale Deed<\/p>\n<p>       pertaining to his immovable property in favour of<\/p>\n<p>       the 3rd respondent or any person claiming under<\/p>\n<p>       him.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      2. Briefly put, the case of the petitioner is as follows:<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>      Petitioner owns and possesses five cents of land. It was<\/p>\n<p>agreed to be sold to the third respondent and he entered into<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1 agreement.        The third respondent was not willing to<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC. 6344 OF 2010 P             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>purchase the property.      He started influencing the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent. Petitioner was taken to the Police Station. The<\/p>\n<p>second respondent shouted against the petitioner asking him to<\/p>\n<p>execute the sale deed. Petitioner was detained in the police<\/p>\n<p>station.   It is stated that the second respondent obtained<\/p>\n<p>signatures in the Register kept in the police station and on some<\/p>\n<p>white papers and he was compelled to sign under the writings<\/p>\n<p>made by the Police Constable. Case of the petitioner is that the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent has no authority to interfere in the civil<\/p>\n<p>dispute.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. We heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader. Quite clearly, in respect of Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>agreement, if there is a breach committed by the petitioner, that<\/p>\n<p>is a question to be looked into by the civil court. The second<\/p>\n<p>respondent has no authority to interfere in the civil dispute<\/p>\n<p>between the petitioner and the third respondent. Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>the Writ Petition is disposed of directing that respondents 1 and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC. 6344 OF 2010 P                3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2 will not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the third respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  Sd\/=<br \/>\n                                                K.M.
