AGP has placed on record a copy of<br \/>\nthe order dated 30\/5\/2011 passed by the Secretary of the Panchayat<br \/>\nDepartment, whereby in respect of all the petitioners, it has been<br \/>\nordered that the calculation be made and the actual payment also<br \/>\nshould be made to the petitioners. She further states that pursuant<br \/>\nto the order passed by the State Government, the office of the<br \/>\nDistrict Panchayat has made calculation and vide order dated 2\/6\/2011<br \/>\nit has also been ordered that as per the schedule, the payment be<br \/>\ndisbursed. Under the circumstances, only question remains now is<br \/>\nactual payment to be disbursed to the concerned petitioners. We<br \/>\ndirect that the actual payment as per the order of the State<br \/>\nGovernment read with the calculation made by the District Panchayat<br \/>\nshall be disbursed to the concerned petitioners within a period of<br \/>\none month from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIn view of the<br \/>\nabove, as the order would stand complied with, the present<br \/>\nproceedings are not required to be continued further.
