No.997 of 2011\n                                     CHANDAN KUMAR, son of Jairaj Paswan\n                                                     Versus\n                                            THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    14.02.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                  P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Nawada P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                  case No. 354 of 2010 registered under Section 25(1-b), 1, 26 &amp; 35 of the<\/p>\n<p>                  Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Allegedly, 19 cartridges were recovered from conscious<\/p>\n<p>                  possession of the petitioner. It is a matter of commonsense that without<\/p>\n<p>                  any firearm the cartridges are meaningless.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well<\/p>\n<p>                  as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                  Chandan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                  bonds of Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                  each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                  above stated Nawada P.S. case No. 354 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                                       ( Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J.)<br \/>\nPN\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Chandan Kumar vs The State Of Bihar on 14 February, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
