This petition is \ufb01led under Section
\nrequesting for grant of bail having been
\nNo.18\/ 2009 for the offences punishable<\/p>\n
302 readwith 34 of me by the Ashok Ni\ufb01ga}  _<\/p>\n
2. The facts relevant for”oifv’this\u00a7 petition<\/p>\n
are as under:\n<\/p>\n
It is on  Swamy a
\nresident of   hisiiiicomplaint to the
\nPolice  Infant Raja aged
\nabout  that at about 11.15 p.m. on<\/p>\n
that dayiihiis. friendipv’a,nki._mn.eighbour by name Santosh<\/p>\n
informed him ti:-athiis brother Infant Raja was assaulted by<\/p>\n
 on-er VB”i1ash’ar,ih’Rtaghu, Hileham and Victor. The complainant<\/p>\n
 to the spot which was few metres away<\/p>\n
  fromi his house’ and found his brother gasping and was very<\/p>\n
tired and weak. He had sustained bleeding injuries on his<\/p>\n
  .e3ffebrow and left side of the back. He was surrounded<\/p>\n
  persons who were the neighbours and all of them<\/p>\n
V’u”\u00bb\u00bb..4l:.’ifted the deceased to Phitomena Hospital. It was about<\/p>\n
sss\/In<\/p>\n

11.30 p.m. when they reached the hospital and theg\ufb02octor<\/p>\n
declared the deceased having been dead. <\/p>\n
circumstances, he has submitted his comp~–l:ain:t.i:iVt’-at <\/p>\n
Police which came to be registered.~in..the.’aboife:.criirnii for<\/p>\n
the aforesaid offences.\n<\/p>\n
3. The petitioner  and
\nhas not committed any hasibeven falsely
\nimplicated in this case. It that there
\nis no motive and    been granted
\nbail. So also;  ready and willing to
\nabide byany   imposed by this Court
\nfor his release on   grounds, he has sought for<\/p>\n

\ncounsel for the petitioner and also the learned Goifernrnent<\/p>\n

\npetitioner that the other two accused. againstlgl
\nsame act was attributed haxfeqiieen granted: bail in Crl.<\/p>\n
P.Nos.955\/2009 and.’;1.4is4,_:’2’oo;:_$j’._ invxparity, the
\npetitioner is also entitledliggtoflthe  for. The
\nperusal of  and the
\ndocuments  material to show
\nany  of the offences.\n<\/p>\n
Furtherlrnorel, apprehension so far as the<\/p>\n
