Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :22\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ================\n                W.P.(C) NO. 29099 OF 2010 (J)\n                =====================\n\n        Dated this the 22nd day of September, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     What is under challenge is Ext.P1 order dated 27.04.2010<\/p>\n<p>passed by the District Collector ordering interim custody of<\/p>\n<p>vehicle No.KL-7\/R 5443, involved in a proceedings under the<\/p>\n<p>Kerala Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of<\/p>\n<p>Sand Act, 2001.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.
