RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                   ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                     B.A. Nos.1802 and 1811  OF 2007\n\n                   ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                   Dated this the 26th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              The petitioner in B.A.No.1802\/07 is the 5th accused in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.509\/2006 of Thalassery Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>sections   409,   468   and   471   IPC   in   respect   of   a   Tavera   car.     The<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   in   B.A.No.1811\/2007n   are   accused   Nos.5   and   6   in   Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.512\/2006 of Thalassery Police Station for the very same offences in<\/p>\n<p>respect of a Maruti Omni Van.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     Learned   Public   Prosecutor   opposed   the   applications<\/p>\n<p>submitting,   inter   alia,   that   the   vehicles   in   question   have   not   been<\/p>\n<p>recovered so far.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this nature.<\/p>\n<p>There is no reason why the petitioners should not surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate   concerned   and   seek   regular   bail.     Accordingly,   if   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners surrender before the Magistrate concerned and file separate<\/p>\n<p>applications for regular bail in each of the cases, within two weeks from<\/p>\n<p>today,   each   of   those   cases   shall   be   considered   and   disposed   of,<\/p>\n<p>preferably on the same date on which such applications are filed.<\/p>\n<p>       These applications are disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                         (V.
