Boccha, District Muzaffarpur.\n                                                                        -------Petitioner\n                                               Versus\n                      The State Of Bihar\n                                                                  -----Opposite Party\n                                            --------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/-   24\/10\/2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petitioner apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with a case registered for the offence punishable<\/p>\n<p>                      under Section 47(E) of Excise Act, is one of the named<\/p>\n<p>                      accused in this case, but on mere disclosure of co-apprehended<\/p>\n<p>                      accused, who was driving the vehicle carrying wine in huge<\/p>\n<p>                      quantity said to have been loaded by the petitioner a candidate<\/p>\n<p>                      for the post of Mukhiya.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Submission is that this is a case of false<\/p>\n<p>                      implication at the hands of rival candidate, who succeeded in<\/p>\n<p>                      both the ways.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case, in the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                      within four weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged<\/p>\n<p>                      on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>                      only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                      satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
