Ranjan\n                            For the Corporation     :Mr.Bipin Bihari Singh\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   15.11.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioners      seeks appropriate direction upon the<\/p>\n<p>                   authorities of the Respondent-Bihar State Pharmaceutical and<\/p>\n<p>                   Chemical       Development         Corporation      (for    short    \u201ethe<\/p>\n<p>                   Corporation\u201f) for granting them permanence in service as<\/p>\n<p>                   similarly placed employees have been considered and granted<\/p>\n<p>                   the aforesaid privilege\/status. Learned counsel submits that<\/p>\n<p>                   matter may be disposed of in the terms in which CWJC No.<\/p>\n<p>                   20832     of 2010      <a href=\"\/doc\/1004084\/\">(Madan Mohan Jha               vs.   Bihar   State<\/p>\n<p>                   Pharmaceutical and Chemical Development Corporation Ltd)<\/p>\n<p>                   and<\/a> another analogous matter was\/were disposed of by order<\/p>\n<p>                   dated 30.6.2011 (Annexure-7).\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the Respondent-<\/p>\n<p>                   Corporation does not object to the aforesaid stand taken by the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Regard being had to the agreement at Bar, the<\/p>\n<p>                   present application is also disposed of in the terms in which<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     CWJC No. 20832 of 2010 and another analogous matter<\/p>\n<p>     was\/were disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 Let it be recorded that this Court has not gone into<\/p>\n<p>     the merit of the claim raised in the application.<\/p>\n<p>                               ( Kishore K.
