Both parties are present.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     Appellant, through his RTI-application dated 31.12.2007, raised 10<br \/>\nqueries which were replied through CPIO&#8217;s communication dated 17.01.2008<br \/>\nand the decision of the Appellate Authority dated 21.04.2008. A copy of the<br \/>\nRTI-query of the appellant is enclosed to this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.    The decision is as follows:-\n<\/p>\n<p>Item Nos.1 and 10: Information related to these queries has been fully disclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Item No.2: It is directed that for the appellant&#8217;s ACRs for 2003-2004 and<br \/>\n2004-2005, the periods for which the ACRs were written by the various reporting<br \/>\nand reviewing officers may be intimated to the appellant within two weeks of the<br \/>\nreceipt of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>Item 3: There is no requirement to provide to the appellant the reasons for not<br \/>\nsending his ACRs to his parent department \u23af the Ministry of Information and<br \/>\nBroadcasting. However, it is directed that CPIO shall provide to the appellant<br \/>\nthe dates on which his ACRs were actually sent to his parent department and an<br \/>\naccount of those ACRs which had not yet been sent to his parent department.<br \/>\nThis will be done within two weeks of the receipt of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>Item 4: It is directed that the copies of all correspondences between the<br \/>\nappellant&#8217;s parent department regarding his ACRs and his present employer \u23af<br \/>\nthe respondents \u23af may be provided to him within two weeks of the receipt of<br \/>\nthis order.\n<\/p>\n<p>Items 5, 6, 8 and 9: There shall be no obligation to disclose this information as<br \/>\nthe queries are hypothetical and in the nature of seeking explanations, reasons,<br \/>\netc. from the respondents which takes the queries outside the scope of Section<br \/>\n2(f) of the RTI Act.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                                      Page 1 of 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p> Item 7: It is directed that this information be disclosed to the appellant through<br \/>\ninspection of the relevant file \/ records held by the respondents. This may be<br \/>\ndone within four weeks of the receipt of this order on a day and time to be<br \/>\nintimated to the appellant by the CPIO. Appellant shall be allowed to take such<br \/>\ncopies including certified copies from inspected files on payment of the<br \/>\nprescribed fee.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
