Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :17\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n               --------------------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) NO.5632 OF 2010 (D)\n               --------------------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 17th day of June, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner retired from service on 31.7.2007 as Forester. Non<\/p>\n<p>disbursement of DCRG and dues under the family benefit scheme is<\/p>\n<p>what is complained of.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Learned Government Pleader has obtained instruction in the<\/p>\n<p>matter and submits that there are two ORS pending against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. It is stated that in relation to O.R.No.27\/2001 report has<\/p>\n<p>been submitted exonerating the petitioner. It is also stated that in<\/p>\n<p>respect of O.R.No.28\/2010,          liability fixed is only of Rs.1400\/-.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Government Pleader this liability has been fixed<\/p>\n<p>by order dated 2.12.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. It that be so, there is no reason why the entire amount due<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner shall be withheld.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to disburse the amounts due to the petitioner towards<\/p>\n<p>his DCRG and dues under the                family benefits scheme, after<\/p>\n<p>deducting Rs.1400\/- being the liability fixed.
