Kumar -Vs- DDA)\n\n                                                              Dated : 28.09.2010\n\n        It may be recalled that vide its decision dated          05.11.2009, the\nCommission had directed Shri V.P. Bansal, Deputy Director,      DDA, to provide\nownership details of 624 flats allotted by DDA in Sector 'D',   Pocket-II, Vasant\nKunj. As the requisite information was not furnished to the     appellant, he had\nfiled a non-compliance complaint before the Commission.\n\n2.      The matter is heard today dated 28.9.2010. The appellant is present. The\nDDA is represented by Shri M.L. Ranga, Deputy Director(SFS). Shri Ranga\nsubmits that the relevant register has since been traced out and he has no\nobjection to provide available information to the appellant.\n\n3.     The DDA should have taken this action long time back but it is better late\nthan never.
