Claimant was treated as inpatient for 5 days at High
\nTech Medicare Hospital, Udupi, where he was operated
\nwith fixation of implants and discharged with advice<\/p>\n
to continue follow up treatment.<\/p>\n
8. Considering the nature of <\/p>\n
awarded by the Tribunal towards”pa_in andV::stf.ffe1\u20aci.ng”‘.isiT. it<\/p>\n
on the lower side and it is  to erihancedytbyp<\/p>\n

9. As Rs.26,710\/Qtswsr-disc: Tribunal towards<\/p>\n
medical  perwrriiedicai bills produced by<\/p>\n
the  the same is just and<\/p>\n
proper aridthere is no scope for enhancement.<\/p>\n

follow treatment. Considering the same, Rs.3,000\/–<\/p>\n

t  on the lower side and it is deserved to be enhanced by<\/p>\n

11. Claimant claims to have been earning Rs.4,000\/~<\/p>\n
per month by working in abroad. But the not<\/p>\n
established. In the absence of proof  <\/p>\n
income assessed by the Tribun.,al at” perg\u00e9 <\/p>\n

Judgment of the Tribunal is modified to the<\/p>\n
  stated  above. The claimant is entitled for<\/p>\n
