Thereafter, matter<br \/>\n\twas adjourned from time to time.\n<\/p>\n<p>Today<br \/>\n\twhen the matter is called out, Mr.L.B.Dabhi, learned AGP for<br \/>\n\trespondent No.1 &#8211; Mr.R.M.Patel, Secretary, State of Gujarat<br \/>\n\tstates that the Panchayat Gram Gruh Nirman and Gram Vikas Department<br \/>\n\thas taken the decision on 27.8.2010 to comply with the order dated<br \/>\n\t28.7.2009 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in<br \/>\n\tSpecial Civil Application No.5650 of 2009 which has been confirmed<br \/>\n\tvide order dated 17.6.2010 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.1117<br \/>\n\tof 2010 by a Division Bench of this Court directing the respondent<br \/>\n\tNo.3 to reconsider the application filed by the petitioner for<br \/>\n\tgiving him appointment on compassionate ground, has been considered<br \/>\n\tby the Department and decided to give appointment on certain terms<br \/>\n\tand conditions mentioned in the said order dated 27.8.2010, and in<br \/>\n\tthis connection, direction has been issued to the District<br \/>\n\tPanchayat, Jamnagar.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.P.V.Hathi,<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate for respondent No.3 states that they will comply<br \/>\n\twith the order dated 27.8.2010 passed by respondent No.2 by giving<br \/>\n\tappointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground on the terms<br \/>\n\tand conditions mentioned in the said order within a period of two<br \/>\n\tweeks hereof.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of this, Mr.U.M.Shastri, learned advocate for the petitioner<br \/>\n\tdoes not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same,<br \/>\n\tas the grievance ventilated by the petitioner has already been<br \/>\n\tredressed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Leave<br \/>\n\tas prayed for is granted.
