No.9508 of 2011\n                   SHANKAR SINGH, Son of Shiv Ram Singh,\n                   Resident of Village-Sonbarsa, Police Station-Samho,\n                   District-Begusarai.\n                                                              ........Petitioner\n                                             Versus\n                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                           ....Opposite Party\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   20.04.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                    No body appears on behalf of the State of Bihar.<\/p>\n<p>                              The prayer for bail made on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner was earlier rejected by an order dated<\/p>\n<p>                    16.03.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9179 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                    (Annexure-1) with an observation that if the trial of<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioner is not concluded within a period of one<\/p>\n<p>                    year, without there being any fault on the part of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner, then he shall be at liberty to renew his<\/p>\n<p>                    prayer for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              By an order dated 23.03.2011 passed in<\/p>\n<p>                    the present proceeding, a report was called for from<\/p>\n<p>                    the learned trial court about the status of trial of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Now a report at Flag &#8216;A&#8217; has been received<\/p>\n<p>                    from the trial court, on perusal of which it appears<\/p>\n<p>                    that prosecution witnesses are not being produced.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          It is submitted that the petitioner is in judicial<\/p>\n<p>          custody since 29.06.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    In the aforesaid facts and circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>          the prayer for bail made on behalf of the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>          allowed.
