No.4148 of 2011\n                                 PRANAV NANDAN RAI\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   08.03.2011.               Heard      learned     counsels      for    the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioners are apprehending<\/p>\n<p>                   their arrest in compliant case in which<\/p>\n<p>                   cognizance has been taken under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   420, 467, 468, 323 and 504 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                               It        is     alleged        that        the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners being the vendor and the deed<\/p>\n<p>                   writer to have interpolated plot number<\/p>\n<p>                   in    the   sale      deed   as     the   plot      number<\/p>\n<p>                   entered in the sale deed is of government<\/p>\n<p>                   land.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It   is    submitted     that     the     title<\/p>\n<p>                   suit is also going on between the parties<\/p>\n<p>                   for   the      said    dispute.     The     petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   admit that the plot number mentioned in<\/p>\n<p>                   the sale deed is correct plot number of<\/p>\n<p>                   the     land     which       they      sold      to     the<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering      the    civil     nature     of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        accusation, let the petitioners, Soharab<\/p>\n<p>        Ansari and Pranav Nandan, above named, be<\/p>\n<p>        released on bail in the event of arrest<\/p>\n<p>        or   surrender      before      the    learned      court<\/p>\n<p>        below    within     a    period   of    twelve      weeks<\/p>\n<p>        from today in connection with complaint<\/p>\n<p>        case no. 346 of 2010 on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>        bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) each<\/p>\n<p>        with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>        to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.<\/p>\n<p>        Kaimur    at      Bhabhua,        subject      to     the<\/p>\n<p>        conditions     as       laid   down    under   Section<\/p>\n<p>        438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<p>U.
