Due to the said\nfishe ciaimant suffered grieveus injuries. 'me Bus in\nit  the ciaimant was traveiiing is insured with the\n ...Irespendent no.2, whereas the vehicle, which caused the\n\n faccident, beiongs to respandent no.3.\n\n \n\n\n\n-3-\n\n3. The Tribunal held that the accident was due to the\n\nrash and negiigent driving of vehicie bearing no.CT)( 9999.\n\nHowever, in the operative portion of the judgme-at*~lii}\u00a2'V,\n\nTribunal held that respendent no.2 -- insurer \n\nbearing ne.KA-06-5553 and respondent: r:c..1A- aiie <\/pre>\n<p>jointiy iiabie. Felice have registered a case<br \/>\ntglalnsthtgewe of theiivehicie bearing no.c.Tx-9999 and<\/p>\n<p>chergeshVeet.t&#8221;ije..vval\u00a7e.:i*iled against him. It is not the case of<\/p>\n<p>xvtiwe claiimVantjthia&#8217;tAthere was negligence en the part ef the<br \/>\n &#8216;pf ttiei\ufb01us in which he was travelling and it is the<br \/>\n of the claimant that the accident occurred clue<br \/>\n. &#8216;V:.Vte.&#8217;:the\u00a7rash and negligent driving of the opposite vehicle.
