Tiwary, APP<\/p>\n<p>                                    ******<\/p>\n<p>03.   18.07.2011               Supplementary affidavit has been filed on<\/p>\n<p>                    behalf of the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                    and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioners apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with M.U. P.S. Case No. 79\/2010 for<\/p>\n<p>                    offences     under       Sections     147\/148\/149\/341<\/p>\n<p>                    \/353\/332\/504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in<\/p>\n<p>                    the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.<\/p>\n<p>                               All the five petitioners are named accused in<\/p>\n<p>                    this case being member of the mob organized after<\/p>\n<p>                    murder of one Aurangjeb Khan alleging some inaction<\/p>\n<p>                    on the part of the police road was blocked.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>          within a period of four weeks, let the above-named<\/p>\n<p>          petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>          of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>          sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>          Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          M.U. P.S.
