Mr.G.Manivannan\n\t\t\t\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Janaki<br \/>\nRamulu, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2<br \/>\nand Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd<br \/>\nrespondent and Mr.G.Manivannan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4<br \/>\nand 5.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.The writ petitioner is stated to have availed a loan for agricultural<br \/>\npurposes, in Agricultural Loan No.271, dated 17.02.2006 to the extent of<br \/>\nRs.25,000\/- and the writ petition is filed for direction to waive the said loan.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent would submit that<br \/>\nthe loan has been completely discharged by the petitioner by paying entire<br \/>\namount and the account has been closed.  In fact, the document, which has been<br \/>\nproduced by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent in Court shows in clear<br \/>\nterms that the loan has been obtained for the construction of the house and not<br \/>\nfor agricultural purposes.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.In such circumstances, it is made clear that having paid the entire<br \/>\namount under the loan, the present writ petition is filed for a direction to<br \/>\nwaive so as to enable to get back the amount, which has already been cleared.
