Aurangabad Muffasil,\n      District - Aurangabad.\n                                                              ------- Petitioners.\n                                      Versus\n      The State Of Bihar                                   -----Opposite Party\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   21.07.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                      learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Since both these applications are arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                      one case, being disposed of by this composite order.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioners apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                      87\/2011,      for    the    offences     under        Sections<\/p>\n<p>                      147\/148\/149\/323\/353\/504\/307\/188\/           332\/427\/171(F)<\/p>\n<p>                      of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending<\/p>\n<p>                      in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.<\/p>\n<p>                                 In a dispute during election, some persons were<\/p>\n<p>                      apprehended who are named and on their disclosure<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          petitioners&#8217; name emerged without any specific allegation<\/p>\n<p>          except that in the house of Shatrughan Prasad Singh @<\/p>\n<p>          Satrughan Singh, petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 21154 of<\/p>\n<p>          2011, some incriminating articles are kept. But, from First<\/p>\n<p>          Information Report, it does not appear that any attempt<\/p>\n<p>          was made to search his house or anything could be<\/p>\n<p>          recovered.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>          case, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a<\/p>\n<p>          period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioners be<\/p>\n<p>          enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>          10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>          like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad<\/p>\n<p>          Muffasil P.S.
