DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 07\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned APP, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\napplication is preferred by the under trial prisoner for grant of<br \/>\ntemporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground that his wife is<br \/>\nsuffering from Hysterectomy and needs surgery and necessary medical<br \/>\ncertificate is produced on record along with this application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe medical report of the wife of the applicant, I am inclined to<br \/>\ngrant two weeks temporary bail from the date of his release on<br \/>\nfurnishing a personal bond of Rs. 2,000\/- on the satisfaction of the<br \/>\njail authorities on usual terms and conditions.  On completion of the<br \/>\ntemporary bail the applicant shall surrender before the jail<br \/>\nauthority in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
