The writ<\/p>\n<p>petition was filed challenging the reversion of the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>The writ petition was dismissed.          Learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners submits that the petitioners have moved the<\/p>\n<p>Government invoking Rule 39 of the General Rules pleading for<\/p>\n<p>equity and justice as per Annexure A. There will be a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the   Secretary     to  Government,      Revenue     Department\/the<\/p>\n<p>concerned Administration Department to consider Annexure A<\/p>\n<p>with notice to the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon<\/p>\n<p>in accordance with law within a period of three months from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The reversion shall be<\/p>\n<p>deferred till such time.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioners will produce a copy of this order and<\/p>\n<p>memorandum of the review petition before the Secretary to<\/p>\n<p>Government, Revenue Department. It will also be open to the<\/p>\n<p>R.P.No.836 \/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioners to file a comprehensive representation before the<\/p>\n<p>Secretary to Government.
