GOVINDGANJ, DISTRICT EAST CHAMPARAN.\n                                                 Versus\n                                      THE STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.     12.10.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with a<\/p>\n<p>                     case registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 302\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code. She is named in the First Information Report along with<\/p>\n<p>                     two others and is alleged to have persuaded Sanjay Ram with whom<\/p>\n<p>                     she had illicit relation to kill his wife. From the case diary it appears<\/p>\n<p>                     that Bachchi Devi had illicit relation with Sanjay Ram and statement<\/p>\n<p>                     to that effect has been made by several witnesses that there is some<\/p>\n<p>                     connection between the two.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               In the circumstances, I am not inclined to admit the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner to the privilege of bail in the event of arrest. She is directed<\/p>\n<p>                     to surrender in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East<\/p>\n<p>                     Champaran in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No.138 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>                     within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order in the court<\/p>\n<p>                     below and apply for regular bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                           (V.N.
