\n3x.The fact:  had suffered injuries<\/p>\n
in the accident which occurred on 21\/7\/2005, is not in<\/p>\n
– ~,._,djispute”.> Insofariaisiiithe claimant, the Wound certificate<\/p>\n
Ex.–P’7, which indicates the injuries to<\/p>\n
the”\u00ab._1eft___vI’ore?’ head and spinal region. The claimant had<\/p>\n
jialso s’u\ufb01iered injuries on the knees. In respect of the<\/p>\n
A._i”s_a’1n–ei, the Claimant had undergone treatment and<\/p>\n
 ~-doc’uments were produced at Ex.P~8 and Ex.P\u00ab9. The<\/p>\n
Tribunal has awarded the global compensation Of<\/p>\n
‘\\,.J<\/p>\n
Rs.10,000\/~. In a mater of this nature, the Very perusal<\/p>\n
of the documents at EX.P–7 and Ex.P~8, medica1_reic’ord.s<\/p>\n
wouid indicate that the claimant had suffered:”i_nLj.Lfrfes  V’<\/p>\n
the spinal region and also there “”W3.S  fof–fthe–.A<\/p>\n
teeth. These itself would indicate”.tha_t<\/p>\n
suffered due to the injuresVs-ajfferedf.in,_the_’accident and

\nought to have been  a sum of
\nRs.15,000\/- “and suffering.\n<\/p>\n

\nand  had not believed the<\/p>\n
medical certificates’ issued by the M.B.B.S. Doctor, the<\/p>\n
‘f V. “‘faectV”ethat”‘he’t’wouldvhafre undergone treatment for teeth<\/p>\n
‘cannot ftdispttted and therefore, in my View some<\/p>\n
amount have to be awarded on the head of loss<\/p>\n
 Vearnfenities and as such Rs.15,000\/- is awarded<\/p>\n
 said head. Further a sum of Rs.5,000\/~ is<\/p>\n
awarded under the head medical expenses. In addition,<\/p>\n
‘W a sum of Rs.10,000\/~ is awarded to make good the<\/p>\n
shortfall under all other heads inclusive of 1ai_\u00ab_:i_ up<\/p>\n
period.\n<\/p>\n
4. Therefore, compensation would urc:ft~: otjtfto ”<\/p>\n
sum of Rs.-40,000\/~. Since, thevtri’bLI..na1–‘_”hae a;<\/p>\n
sum of Rs.10,000\/w, the claimnanti’-‘. it\u00e9’t ehtitied <\/p>\n
