2. We have heard Sri Basavaraj Kareddy, learned
\nAGA for appellants in this appeal for admission. The<\/p>\n
correctness of the order of the learned Single Judge.__is<\/p>\n
challenged in this appeal on the ground <\/p>\n
reasoning assigned by him to set aside the   <\/p>\n
Order dated 10.4.2002 is arbitrary and 11\u00a2   it<\/p>\n
reliance upon. Rule 5 of the  <\/p>\n
Servants (Seniority) Rules,  in it srippoivt
\nsubmission, wherein, it has for
\nthe seniority list in so  as   in<\/p>\n
3.  the:  Judge has failed to<\/p>\n
appreciate   aesigied in the preamble<\/p>\n
  dateel 10.4.2002, while modifying the<\/p>\n
 Order dated 11.5.1982 providing for<\/p>\n
