RAMKUMAR, J.\n         =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                      B.A. No. 1471 of 2009\n         =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n            Dated this the 25th day of March, 2009\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioners who<\/p>\n<p>are accused Nos.1, 2 and 4 in Crime No.49\/2009 of Nedumangad<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 448, 302, 34<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek their enlargement on bail. Petitioners were arrested on<\/p>\n<p>23-1-2009, 24-1-2009 and 30-1-2009 respectively.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the           offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody of the petitioners, the present stage of<\/p>\n<p>investigation and the other circumstances of the case etc., I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, petitioners 1<\/p>\n<p>and 2 are directed to be released on bail with effect from 1-4-<\/p>\n<p>2009 and 3rd petitioner is directed to be released on bail with<\/p>\n<p>effect from 26-3-2009 on each of them executing a bond for Rs.<\/p>\n<p>25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>        1) The      petitioners    shall  report     before    the<\/p>\n<p>BA 1471\/09                             -2-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>             on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       2) The petitioners shall make themselves available<\/p>\n<p>             for    interrogation           including    custodial<\/p>\n<p>             interrogation as       and when required by the<\/p>\n<p>             police till the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       3) The petitioners shall not influence or intimidate<\/p>\n<p>             the   prosecution      witnesses    nor   shall they<\/p>\n<p>             attempt to tamper with the evidence for the<\/p>\n<p>             prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       4) The petitioners shall not commit any offence<\/p>\n<p>             while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>If the petitioners commit breach of any of the above conditions, the<\/p>\n<p>bail granted to them shall be liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>      This application is allowed as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  V.
