Learned counsel for the BISCOMAUN<\/p>\n<p>                    submits that in principle a decision has been taken to pay<\/p>\n<p>                    the entire admissible dues amounting to Rs.4,34,919\/- to<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioner and in token thereof an account payee<\/p>\n<p>                    cheque dated 22.02.2011 for one fourth of the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                    amount approximately, Rs.1,08,730\/- has been kept<\/p>\n<p>                    ready for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has accepted<\/p>\n<p>                    the said account payee cheque on behalf of the petitioner.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       4. On behalf of the BISCOMAUN it has been<\/p>\n<p>pleaded that on account of financial difficulties the<\/p>\n<p>remaining amount may be permitted to be paid in three<\/p>\n<p>further equal instalments so that the last instalment may<\/p>\n<p>be paid within nine months from today.<\/p>\n<p>       5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>he has not been given any calculation of the payable<\/p>\n<p>amount so that its correctness may be verified. He also<\/p>\n<p>wants the balance amount to be paid at the earliest.<\/p>\n<p>       6. Considering the order of the writ Court and the<\/p>\n<p>aforesaid stand of BISCOMAUN, this contempt petition<\/p>\n<p>is finally disposed of with a direction to BISCOMAUN<\/p>\n<p>to furnish a chart of calculation to the counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner within two weeks from today. It is further<\/p>\n<p>directed that the balance amount must be paid as per<\/p>\n<p>request of BISCOMAUN in maximum three further<\/p>\n<p>instalments within nine months from today. If the<\/p>\n<p>instalments are delayed beyond that period, this Court<\/p>\n<p>will impose cost and interest in any future proceeding.<\/p>\n<p>       7. It goes without saying that if the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>feels that the calculation suffers from any error, in that<\/p>\n<p>event, she will be entitled to approach BISCOMAUN<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         through representation which should be disposed of<\/p>\n<p>         expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date<\/p>\n<p>         of filing of the representation.
