P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                 Trial no. 457\/2005 arising out of Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 176 of 2004<\/p>\n<p>                 registered under sections 302, 201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                           Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and it appears from<\/p>\n<p>                 perusal of the record that name of this petitioner surfaced in this case<\/p>\n<p>                 in the confessional statement of co-accused Lalo Ravi Das who has<\/p>\n<p>                 already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 16.9.2008<\/p>\n<p>                 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 35545\/2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Kameshwar Nat be<\/p>\n<p>                 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Addl. Sessions Judge FTC No. IV, Nalanda in Sessions Trial no.<\/p>\n<p>                 457\/2005 arising out of Noorsarai P.S.
