RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     .........................................\n               Bail Application No. 4995 of 2010\n             .......................................... ...............\n          Dated this the 7th day of September, 2010\n\n                                    ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners, who are accused                  Nos.1 and 2 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.601\/2010 of Kilikolloor Police Station for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 308 read with Section 34<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.    But at the same time,              I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their application for<\/p>\n<p>bail   considered     by     the     Magistrate            having      jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly,    the     petitioners        shall     surrender         before   the<\/p>\n<p>investigating officer on 17.09.2010 or 18.09.2010 for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and recovery of incriminating material,<\/p>\n<p>if any.
