Heard     learned       counsels           for    the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The     petitioners          are      apprehending<\/p>\n<p>                   their     arrest    in    a    case     registered          under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 341, 323, 448, 504\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                   Penal     Code    and    Section        3    (i)(x)    of    the<\/p>\n<p>                   S.C.\/S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities)Act.<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged that in the background<\/p>\n<p>                   of    political     rivalry       the       accused    persons<\/p>\n<p>                   entered into the house of the informant and<\/p>\n<p>                   made     assault    and       abused        by   calling     his<\/p>\n<p>                   caste&#8217;s name.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   submits      that       serious       political        dispute<\/p>\n<p>                   between the parties creates doubt about the<\/p>\n<p>                   occurrence. Moreover, the occurrence can not<\/p>\n<p>                   be treated to be under the public view since<\/p>\n<p>                   it took place inside the house.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioners, Akshay Kumar, Naresh Kumar,<\/p>\n<p>                   Dilip Kumar and Anjani Thakur, be released<\/p>\n<p>                   on bail in the event of arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                   before     the   learned       court        below     within    a<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        period     of    twelve     weeks     from      today     in<\/p>\n<p>        connection      with   Begusarai     SC\/ST      P.S.    Case<\/p>\n<p>        No. 83 of 2011 on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs.10,000\/-(Ten        Thousand)      each      with     two<\/p>\n<p>        sureties    of   the    like   amount      each    to    the<\/p>\n<p>        satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
