PANNALAL KUMAR\n                                              Versus\n                                       STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/    29.09.2010          Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                    P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Admittedly, except the mobile and some cash nothing has<\/p>\n<p>                    been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                    Although allegation against petitioners and other accused persons is<\/p>\n<p>                    that they had assembled for making preparation to commit loot but it<\/p>\n<p>                    is surprising enough that no fire arm etc. was recovered from<\/p>\n<p>                    conscious possession of petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well<\/p>\n<p>                    as submissions of the parties, petitioners are directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>                    bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case no. 202 of 2010 on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000-\/ with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
