Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that suffice it will be for<br \/>\n        disposal of the present writ petition, if a direction is given to respondent no. 5 to<br \/>\n        treat this writ petition as a representation and to decide the grievances ventilated<br \/>\n        in this petition, in accordance with law, within the stipulated time, given by this<br \/>\n        Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.       Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that they have no<br \/>\n        much objection, if such direction is given to respondent no. 5, to decide the<br \/>\n        representation, within stipulated time, in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.       In view of these submissions, I hereby, direct respondent no. 5 to treat<br \/>\n        this writ petition as a representation and to decide all the grievances ventilated<br \/>\n        in the petition, within a period of sixteen weeks, from the date of receipt of a<br \/>\n        copy of an order of this Court, in accordance with law, rules, regulations,<br \/>\n        policies and enforceable Government orders, applicable to the petitioner, after<br \/>\n        giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner or to his representative. If<br \/>\n        the decision is taken in favour of the petitioner, the amount legally payable to<br \/>\n        the petitioner alongwith statutory interest shall be paid, within further period of<br \/>\n        four weeks, thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.       This writ petition is, hereby, disposed of, in view of the aforesaid<br \/>\n        observations and directions.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                         (D.N.
