Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be<\/p>\n<p>satisfied if the legal notice (Annexure P-1), which has been issued on<\/p>\n<p>behalf of the petitioner claiming the amount for the works done, is<\/p>\n<p>considered by respondent No.3 and appropriate decision is taken<\/p>\n<p>regarding the payment. The respondent No.3 shall consider the demand<\/p>\n<p>made through the notice under Annexure P-1 within a period of two<\/p>\n<p>months and if the liability is admitted, the amount shall be forthwith<\/p>\n<p>released preferably within a period of one month from that date.<\/p>\n<p>2.         The writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission,<\/p>\n<p>dispensing with notice to the respondents.<\/p>\n<p>                                                  (K.
