No.10915 of 2011\n                              RAMJEE PRASAD GUPTA\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   26.04.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner being the Support Officer in<\/p>\n<p>                 the State Bank of India is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered under Sections 467, 468, 419 and 420 of<\/p>\n<p>                 the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The accusation against the petitioner is to<\/p>\n<p>                 have transferred Rs. 1,03,698\/- from the debit account<\/p>\n<p>                 of the bank to the various accounts of his relatives and<\/p>\n<p>                 friends.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner that the aforesaid amount was transferred to<\/p>\n<p>                 the various account holders in lieu of the stationary and<\/p>\n<p>                 other articles being supplied by those account holders<\/p>\n<p>                 on   the      permission   of   the   Branch    Manager,<\/p>\n<p>                 Subsequently, as directed by the authorities, the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner transfer back the aforesaid amount in the<\/p>\n<p>                 debit account of the bank.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                       It appears that the investigation is still going<\/p>\n<p>             on.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Considering the fact that the alleged amount<\/p>\n<p>             has been transferred back to the debit account, let the<\/p>\n<p>             above named petitioner, be released on anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>             bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>             learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from<\/p>\n<p>             today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>             thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>             the   satisfaction       of   the    learned   Chief   Judicial<\/p>\n<p>             Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with<\/p>\n<p>             Rohtas (Amjhore) P.S.
