Padia, Proprietor of Xemukta Lab &#8211; applicant and<br \/>\nMr.Subhashbhai Rambhai Patel, Manager of Super<br \/>\nChemicals-respondent-complainant, appearing in person.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis not in dispute that the parties have arrived at settlement and<br \/>\nnotarized copy of the settlement dated 14.06.2010 is produced, which<br \/>\nis ordered to be taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Subhashbhai Rambhai Patel, complainant-respondent No.1 submits that<br \/>\nhe has received Rs.1,05,000\/- on 14.06.2010 in cash from the<br \/>\napplicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, Rule returnable on 30.07.2010.
