He has referred to paragraph Nos.3 to 8 on page<br \/>\n51 and 52 of the report dated 21st March 2011 and<br \/>\nsubmitted that present application seeking ad hoc<br \/>\ndisbursement is premature since the claims are yet not received and<br \/>\nthe required formalities are yet to be completed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tHaving regard to the<br \/>\naforesaid submissions by learned Advocate for Official Liquidator,<br \/>\nMr. Mathur, learned Advocate for applicant has sought permission to<br \/>\nwithdraw the present application at this stage and has also requested<br \/>\nthat the applicant may be permitted to file fresh application at<br \/>\nappropriate time so as to seek the dues, after the Official<br \/>\nLiquidator invites their claims and submits the report.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the request made by learned Advocate<br \/>\nfor the applicant the permission to withdraw the present petition at<br \/>\nthis stage is granted.
